Rosuvas D 10mg tablet contains the active constituent rosuvastatin and vitamin D3. It is a lipid-lowering agent. Rosuvastatin belongs to the class of medications called HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. It is used to treat high cholesterol and lowers the triglyceride levels in the blood. These drugs mainly help to reduce the risk of cardiac-related diseases. Do not take Rosuvas D 10mg tablet if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, vitamin D3, or any of the other ingredients. Do not take this medicine if you have severe kidney or liver diseases, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have unexplained muscle aches or pains and high levels of Vitamin D3. Do not take this medicine if you are taking any combination of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir or ciclosporin.
