AG Nap Spray contains an active component of Melatonin. This medication is often used as a medication to help manage sleep-related issues, such as insomnia, jet lag, and certain sleep disorders. People who work night shifts or rotating shifts may experience difficulty sleeping during the day due to a misalignment of their circadian rhythm. AG Nap Spray can sometimes be used to help adjust sleep patterns in these cases. Some individuals have a naturally delayed circadian rhythm, leading to difficulty falling asleep at a conventional bedtime and waking up at a desired time. It might be used to help adjust the sleep-wake cycle to a more suitable schedule. Individuals hypersensitive or allergic to melatonin or any ingredients in this medication should avoid their use.
