Adriplus 50mg Injection is a chemotherapy drug containing the active constituent Doxorubicin.  It belongs to the medication class known as cytotoxic agents. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply uncontrolled and abnormally. Before starting treatment with Adriplus 50mg Injection, it is very important to tell your physician if you have or had any history of severe heart disorders, liver disorders, and hypersensitivity. Notify your doctor if you are taking or have ever received certain cancer chemotherapy medications. Avoid live vaccines during the treatment. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding because this may cause harm to the unborn baby, and use effective birth control during the treatment with this medication. Adriplus 50mg Injection may reduce fertility temporarily in men. So, you should get suggestions about fertility concerns from your doctor. Discuss with your physician if you are on a salt-controlled diet because Adriplus 50mg Injection contains sodium. Do not stop taking this medication without talking to your physician first.
