Patients with known hypersensitivity to materials present in Duragen Plus 1IN X 1IN Adhesion should not use it. It is not recommended in areas with active infections or contaminated surgical fields, as this could increase the risk of further complications. In cases where bleeding at the surgical site cannot be adequately controlled, the use of this medication might not be advisable due to the potential for increased bleeding or reduced effectiveness.
