O Arney 50mg comprimido contém duas substâncias ativas, Sacubitril e Valsartan. É um agente cardiovascular que pertence aos inibidores do receptor de angiotensina e da neprilisina (ARNi). É usado para tratar um tipo de insuficiência cardíaca de longo prazo em adultos. Esta combinação é usada com outros medicamentos para reduzir o risco de morte e de hospitalização em adultos com determinados tipos de insuficiência cardíaca. Não tome o Arney 50mg comprimido se você for alérgico ao Sacubitril, ao Valsartan ou a qualquer outro ingrediente deste medicamento. Não tome este medicamento se você está tendo ou já teve uma reação chamada angioedema (inchaço do rosto, dos lábios, da língua e da garganta, e dificuldade para respirar). Não tome este medicamento se você tem diabetes ou comprometimento da função renal e se está sendo tratado com um medicamento para reduzir a pressão arterial que contenha Aliskiren. Não consuma este comprimido se tiver doença hepática grave ou se estiver grávida ou amamentando. Informe seu médico se estiver tomando outros medicamentos para o coração antes de começar este medicamento. Comunique ao seu médico se tiver pressão baixa, doença renal grave, desidratação, doença hepática, alucinações ou alterações no seu padrão de sono. Os efeitos colaterais mais comuns do Arney 50mg comprimido são hipotensão, aumento dos níveis de potássio, tosse, tontura e insuficiência renal.
