Isogen 125mg est une thérapie ciblée contenant le principe actif palbociclib. Il appartient au groupe des médicaments anticancéreux appelés inhibiteurs des kinases dépendantes des cyclines. Il est utilisé pour traiter le cancer du sein avancé ou métastatique (qui s'est propagé à d'autres parties du corps), à récepteurs hormonaux positifs et sans surexpression du récepteur 2 du facteur de croissance épidermique humain. Le cancer est une affection dans laquelle les cellules se multiplient de manière incontrôlée et anormale. Il est administré en association avec certains autres médicaments anticancéreux. Les effets indésirables courants susceptibles d'être associés à Isogen 125 mg sont les nausées, les vomissements, la diarrhée, la fatigue, la chute de cheveux, la sécheresse cutanée, l'éruption, les infections, les saignements de nez, la diminution de l'appétit, la baisse du nombre de cellules sanguines, le gonflement des lèvres et de la bouche, les modifications du goût, la sécheresse oculaire, la vision floue et l'augmentation du larmoiement.
