Fungisome 10gm gel contains the active substance Liposomal Amphotericin B. It is an Anti-Fungal antibiotic. It is also used in wound debridement, burn dressings, and around tubes and catheters during intubation in the intensive care unit. It kills the infection-causing fungus, preventing it from spreading and hastening the healing process. Do not apply Fungisome 10gm gel if you are allergic to amphotericin B or any of the other ingredients in the medicine.
