It is used to treat infertility in women and men. In adult women, it is used to help release an egg from the ovary (ovulation) in women with other medicines. In adult men, it helps to produce sperm that are infertile due to a low level of certain hormones. Do not use Foligraf 150IU Injection PFS if you are allergic to follicle-stimulating hormone or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Do not take this medicine if you have a brain tumour, ovarian or breast cancer. Do not take this medicine if you have ovarian cysts of unknown origin. Inform your physician if you have porphyria or a family history of porphyria. Inform your physician if you have any skin problems or stomach, arm, or leg pain before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of multiple pregnancies, miscarriage, or blood clotting problems. Foligraf 150IU Injection PFS is not for use in children and adolescents under 18 years old. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant.
