Endobloc T Kit tablet is a combination of two active ingredients called, Ambrisentan and Tadalafil, used in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil is a type of medication called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor, whereas Ambrisentan belongs to an endothelin receptor antagonist. It functions by inducing relaxation in the blood vessels within the lungs. Do not consume this medicine if you are allergic to Ambrisentan, Tadalafil or any of its ingredients in the medication. Avoid taking this medicine if you have liver conditions or low blood pressure. Do not consume this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use organic nitrates or GC stimulators, have a history of vision loss in one eye, or have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Before starting to consume Endobloc T Kit tablet, inform your doctor if you have hypotension, a history of heart failure, or severe liver disease. Inform your doctor if you recently had a stroke or myocardial infarction. Notify your doctor if you have or have had lung conditions, anemia, or edema (fluid retention).
