El comprimido de Betmiga 25mg es un agente antimuscarínico que contiene un principio activo llamado Mirabegrón. Este medicamento reduce la actividad y los síntomas asociados a la vejiga hiperactiva, como la incontinencia de urgencia (incapacidad para controlar el vaciado de la vejiga), los impulsos repentinos de orinar y el aumento de la frecuencia urinaria. No se recomienda el uso de este medicamento en niños menores de 18 años. No debe tomar el comprimido de Betmiga 25mg si es alérgico al Mirabegrón o si tiene presión arterial alta no controlada. Antes de iniciar el tratamiento, informe a su médico si tiene dificultades para vaciar la vejiga (retención urinaria) o si está tomando medicamentos específicos para el VIH, infecciones fúngicas o bacterianas, o medicamentos anticolinérgicos. No consuma este medicamento si está embarazada, planea quedarse embarazada o está amamantando. Notifique a su médico si tiene problemas de hígado o de riñón.
