As this medicine is a diuretic, it causes frequent urination. It's better to take this medicine 4 hrs before going to bed and it is very important to take this medicine even if you feel well. The dosage of this medication will depend upon the condition and how individuals respond to the medication. Telma MCT 50mg/12.5mg Tablet tablet acts by lowering blood pressure and reducing heart attack and stroke, so don't stop this medication without the proper advice of a doctor.
