Rifagut 200mg قرص هو مضاد حيوي يحتوي على المادة الفعالة rifaximin. يُستخدم لعلاج إسهال المسافرين الناجم عن سلالات غير غازية من Escherichia coli لدى البالغين. كما يُستخدم للوقاية من تكرار نوبات الاعتلال الدماغي الكبدي الظاهر (فقدان الوظيفة الدماغية بشكل عَرَضي) لدى البالغين المصابين بأمراض الكبد. يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء بمفرده أو بالاشتراك مع أدوية تحتوي على اللاكتولوز. لا تتناول Rifagut 200mg قرص إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية تجاه Rifaximin أو أي من المكونات الأخرى لهذا الدواء. لا تتناول هذا الدواء إذا كنت تعاني من حساسية تجاه مضادات حيوية مشابهة، مثل rifamycin أو rifampicin أو rifabutin. لا تتناول هذا الدواء إذا أخبرك طبيبك بأن لديك انسداداً في الأمعاء. لا تتناول هذا الدواء إذا كانت لديك حمى أو دم في البراز، أو إذا أخرجت ثماني مرات أو أكثر من البراز غير المتماسك خلال الساعات الأربع والعشرين الماضية. أخبر طبيبك إذا كانت لديك مشكلات في الكبد قبل بدء العلاج. لا يُوصى بهذا الدواء للأطفال والمراهقين دون سن الثامنة عشرة. الآثار الجانبية الأكثر شيوعًا لـ Rifagut 200mg قرص هي الصداع وتورم القدمين والساقين والغثيان والدوخة والإرهاق وانتفاخ البطن. أخبر طبيبك إذا كنتِ حاملًا أو مرضعًا. إذا تناولت عن غير قصد عددًا من الأقراص يزيد عن العدد الموصى به، فاطلب المشورة الطبية فورًا.
