Liofix 2% Adr Injection contains the active ingredient Lignocaine, Adrenaline Bitartrate. Lidocaine belongs to the class of medication known as local anesthetics that numb (anesthetize) the body area. Adrenaline belongs to the class of medication known as vasoconstrictors that make the blood vessels. Liofix 2% Adr Injection is used to treat certain types of chronic pain and provides pain relief in labor, after surgery, or after acute injury. Before taking this medication, let your physician know if you have severe allergic reactions. Report to your physician about your complete medical history, especially if you have high blood pressure or heart problems such as a slow heartbeat, hypovolaemia (decreased volume of blood), epilepsy, stroke, diabetes, thyroid problems, liver or kidney disease, inflammation at the site of injection, a rare blood pigment disorder (porphyria). It is not recommended if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman.
