Bilahenz M 20mg Tablet is an anti-allergic medication that contains two active ingredients called Bilastine and Montelukast. This ingredient belongs to the medication class known as leukotriene receptor antagonists and antihistamines. It is used to treat allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes) and asthma. Do not consume Bilahenz M 20mg Tablet if you are allergic to Bilastine, Montelukast, or any of its ingredients in the medication. Before taking Bilastine + Montelukast, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or think you may be pregnant or are breastfeeding. Notify your doctor if you have a kidney or liver disease because, in such conditions, this medicine should be taken cautiously. It is not recommended for use in children under the age of 6. Avoid taking grapefruit juice or other fruit juices. Patients with aspirin sensitivity should avoid aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents while taking the medication.
