Your doctor will monitor liver function tests and fluid and electrolyte balance to help identify and manage potential side effects promptly.
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient
Uses
• Advanced renal cell carcinoma
• Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma
• Differentiated thyroid carcinoma
Benefits
Adtrinib Tablet works by inhibiting multiple protein kinases involved in tumour cell proliferation and angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels that supply tumours). Specifically, it targets receptors for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), and Raf kinases, which play key roles in cancer development and progression. This stops the growth and spread of the tumour cells to other organs, as well as the formation of blood vessels in the tumour cells.
