Synvisc ONE Injection is a derivative of hyaluronan, a sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronan is a component of synovial fluid, a fluid responsible for viscosity in joints that helps in mobility. Synvisc one injection polymer A&B G-F 20 is given as an intra-articular injection for patients with knee osteoarthritis. It is used to decrease the pain and discomfort associated with knee disorders by acting as a temporary replacement of synovial fluid, which is helpful for patients who use the affected knee regularly. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines. Do not consume this medication if you are allergic to Proteolytic or its ingredients. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding before taking Synvisc Injection. Before taking this medicine, talk to your doctor about all the medicines you are taking recently, including supplements and herbal medicines. Notify your doctor if you have a knee joint infection, skin disease or infection on the injection site, or systemic bleeding disorders. Before receiving Synvisc one, tell your doctor if you have severe knee inflammation, lymphatic or venous stasis (swollen or inflamed) in the leg to be injected, and chondrocalcinosis (presence of CPP (calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate) crystals in and around the joints). Limited information is only available on the synvisc injection uses by children. In elders, this medicine should be used cautiously. Consult your doctor for more information. If you are looking for synvisc-one injection alternative, please consult your doctor.

Uses
• Osteoarthritis of the knee
Benefits
Synvisc one works by enabling a process called viscosupplementation; in viscosupplementation, the cartilage cells are protected from physical and chemical damage by restoring the physiological conditions of the tissues in the joints. This, in turn, eases pain and discomfort and allows more extensive movement of the joints.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them. If you check Synvisc-One injection reviews, you will find that patients report varying experiences with side effects.
Most Common Side Effects
• Joint pain and inflammation
• Pain in the injection site
Common Side Effects
• Hypersensitivity reactions (anaphylactic shock, anaphylactoid reaction, angioedema)
How To Use
Synvisc one will be administered to you by a doctor or other healthcare professional in the knee. Your doctor will decide the dose, route of administration, and duration of the therapy based on your disease status, severity, and other factors such as body weight, other disease conditions, and age. Do not self-administer the injection.
