Calcium citrate helps in the formation of bones, which prevents thinning of bone. Vitamin D3 maintains blood calcium and phosphorous levels, which helps improve bone mineralization. Magnesium helps to maintain bone mineral density; zinc promotes skeletal growth, and boron is the trace mineral that helps in the growth, repair, and maintenance the bones.
