Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach ulcers, and conditions associated with excessive stomach acid production. Itopride, on the other hand, is a prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility. It is primarily used to treat symptoms of functional dyspepsia, a condition characterized by chronic or recurrent pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen, bloating, and early satiety. Rablet IT Capsules should not be used in individuals with a known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to it or any other components. These medications are contraindicated in individuals with gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction, or perforation.
