Mecobion OD tablet is a nutritional supplement with a combination medicine that contains three active ingredients known as Mecobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Vitamins. It treats neuropathic pain, such as diabetic neuropathy, and other types of nerve damage caused due to diabetes (high blood sugar levels).
