Graniforce Syrup belongs to the group of medicines known as 5-HT3 receptor antagonists or antiemetics. It contains the active ingredient, Granisetron. It is used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, or sickness caused by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or after surgery. Nausea is characterised by stomach pain and the urge to vomit. The forcible, voluntary or involuntary emptying of the stomach's contents through the mouth is known as vomiting.

How To Use

Shake the bottle well before each use and measure the dose with the provided measuring cup or spoon for accuracy. It can be taken with or without food, but try to take it at the same time each day. If you vomit within one hour of taking the dose, you may need to take another dose—consult your doctor in such cases. In case of a missed dose, skip it if it’s almost time for the next one and avoid doubling the dose. Stay well-hydrated, eat small and light meals throughout the day, and store the syrup below 30°C, away from children.
