FePink 750mg Injection is an iron replacement medicine used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia - a condition where your body doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells due to low iron levels. Iron is essential for the production of haemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that helps carry oxygen throughout the body. This injection contains Ferric Carboxymaltose, a form of injectable iron that is especially helpful when oral iron supplements are not effective or not well tolerated. It is also used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) who are not on dialysis. Your doctor will decide how much and how often you need the injection based on your iron levels and health condition. FePink 750mg Injection is given intravenously (IV) under medical supervision, usually in two doses given one week apart. You will be observed during and after the injection to monitor for allergic reactions. A balanced diet rich in iron, such as meat, leafy greens, lentils, and raisins, can also support your treatment.

Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient

FERRIC CARBOXYMALTOSE

Uses

• Iron deficiency anaemia (in adults and pediatric patients above 1 year)
• Iron deficiency anaemia in adults with chronic kidney disease (not on dialysis)

Benefits

Fepink 750mg Injection is used to treat iron deficiency anemia, particularly in patients who are unable to take oral iron or do not respond adequately to it. It helps restore iron levels in the body, which are essential for the production of hemoglobin and healthy red blood cells. By increasing hemoglobin levels, this medicine improves the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. As a result, it helps reduce symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Its higher strength supports faster correction of iron deficiency, helping improve energy levels and overall well-being.
