BORTEZOMIB

Uses

• Treatment of multiple myeloma
• Treatment of mantle cell lymphoma

Benefits

Bortlieva 2mg Injection works by exerting a toxic effect on cancer cells. It inhibits the 26S proteasome and blocks a major cell signaling pathway. This inhibition of the signaling pathway makes the cancer cells sensitive to chemotherapy. By inhibiting the proteasome, Bortlieva 2mg Injection disrupts the normal process of protein degradation within the cell. This leads to the accumulation of misfolded or damaged proteins, which are toxic to the cell.
