Kryxana 200mg Tablet is an oral small-molecule inhibitor classified under cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitors. It contains the active ingredient ribociclib succinate, equivalent to 200 mg of ribociclib per tablet. This medication is prescribed primarily for adults with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, both in advanced/metastatic and early-stage high-risk settings. It works by halting cancer cell division, helping delay progression or recurrence. Before starting, consult a physician experienced in oncology. Do not use if you have known allergies to ribociclib, peanuts, soya, or any excipients. Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart issues, especially conditions affecting the QT interval. Regular monitoring of blood counts, liver function, and ECG is essential. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are contraindications; effective contraception is required during treatment and for at least 3 weeks after the last dose.
