Meropik EDTA 1gm injection is an antimicrobial agent that contains Meropenem, EDTA, and Sodium. It belongs to the medication class known as carbapenem antibiotics. It is used to treat pneumonia, urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, gynaecological infections, skin infections, meningitis, and sepsis. Do not consume Meropik EDTA 1gm injection if you are allergic to Meropenem, EDTA, Sodium, Penicillins, Cephalosporins, Carbapenems, or any of the ingredients in the medication. Before taking medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or think you may be pregnant or are breastfeeding. Before starting the treatment, notify your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems or have experienced severe diarrhoea after taking other antibiotics.
