Erectile dysfunction is an inability to keep an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH is a condition characterised by men's prostate gland enlargement. This medication can enhance sexual performance and improve overall sexual satisfaction. By facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection, it can increase confidence and reduce anxiety related to sexual activity. It is not recommended to take Hightide 20mg Tablet if you are allergic to the active compound tadalafil and its constituents. This medication is not advised to be used in women and individuals under 18. Hightide 20mg Tablet should not be taken if you currently use any form of nitrate-related medication (used for angina or heart conditions).
